Join the Chamber at the next Breakfast & Biz to learn how -- as leaders -- get others to follow and create a movement to generate enthusiasm and energy within your team, encourage "first followers," and get your team to move in alignment and step out of their comfort zone.
The Chamber is excited to welcome Kathy Neyman, assistant vice president of culture and leadership development for Redstone Federal Credit Union. A 34-year team member at Redstone, Neyman has spent a majority of her time in organizational and leadership development. She is a master coach with the Behavioral Coaching Institute, strengths performance coach for Gallup University, and a triple master facilitator and accountability consultant with Partners In Leadership.
