Sen. Del Marsh, President Pro Tempore of the Alabama State Senate, will be the featured speaker at the Chamber's annual State of the State Address Wednesday, July 19, 7:30 a.m., at Sykes Place on Bank in Decatur. Sen. Marsh (R-Anniston) will share his thoughts on the 2017 legislative sessions and plans for the coming year. The breakfast is presented by Alabama Technology Network.
